Application for 2nd Batch of the Education on Wheels Program
The Sandiwaan Center for Learning in partnership with Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Open University is looking for 60 full-time students from Tondo, Manila to participate in the 2nd Batch of Education on Wheels Program for the school year 2025-2026.
This program offers a four-year Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) degree, with specializations in Legal, Medical, and Stenography. This program utilizes a hybrid learning model, combining face-to-face and online classes. Applicants will undergo a screening and interview.
To apply, please fill out the Google Form at the Sandiwaan website and ensure you have all the required documents below:
- Application Form: Completely filled-out
- College Undergraduate: Transcript of Records with "Copy for PUP Open University System"
- Senior High Graduate: Form 137-A with "Copy for PUP Open University System"
- ALS Passer: ALS/PEPT Certificate, Diploma, Rating (if applicable)
- Certificate of Good Moral
- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- NBI/Police Clearance
- Two (2) pieces of 2x2 pictures with white background
